Minnesota Give to the Max Day supports local nonprofits

MANKATO, Minn. (KEYC) - Minnesotans will unite on Thursday to build stronger communities in the name of giving for Give to the Max Day.

Since 2009, Give to the Max Day has raised more than $330 million for more than 10,000 local organizations.

The donations will assist the work these organizations do to help improve and strengthen the lives of our communities.

GiveMN offers a user-friendly search tool for donors to find Minnesota schools and nonprofits.

As of noon on Thursday more $18-million has been donated to more than 5,000 organizations statewide.
