Area teams compete in Mulvihill Invitational

MANKATO, Minn. (KEYC) - Mankato American played Chaska in the Mulvihill Legion Baseball Tournament on Friday.

Chaska would go on to defeat Mankato American 6-3 after going to extra innings with thrilling play at the plate.

Mankato National battled Sleepy Eye. Sleepy Eye walks away with the victory 6-5 in the final innings of the game to conclude the first day of the invitational.
